If you sent a money order or paid by credit or debit card and it’s been over 4 weeks, or a check and it’s been over 7 weeks, and you have not received your DVD’s please send us an email and we will reship them.

Please include your complete name and address as well as the DVD numbers you did not receive.
Customer Service - Defective DVD’s
Our DVD’s are burned in the DVD-R format which is compatible with 99% of DVD players on the market. However if you get a new DVD from us that repeatedly will not play, we will exchange it for the same DVD number within 30 days of purchase.
