Customer Service - Non Delivery
If you sent a money order or paid by credit or debit card and it’s been over 3 weeks, or a check and it’s been over 6 weeks, and you have not received your DVD’s please send us an email at uvproductions000@att.net or call 1-877-843-3630 and we will reship them free of charge.

Customer Service - Defective DVD’s
Our DVD’s are burned in the DVD-R format which is compatible with 99% of DVD players on the market. However if you get a new DVD from us that repeatedly will not play, we will exchange it for the same DVD number within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email at uvproductions000@att.net or call 1-877-843-3630

Customer Service By Phone

Our office hours are usually Monday-Friday 11am-4:30pm, Eastern Time. You can call us at 1-877-843-3630. We are closed on all federal holidays.

Do we issue refunds?

No we do not. But we will replace any defective DVD with the same DVD number within 30 days of purchase if you notify us.

What’s your privacy policy?

We never sell our customer’s information to any third parties. We will only email you if your order was declined. We do have a mailing list (US Postal Service) and we mail out brochures to current customers when we have new DVD releases. If you requested the “no mail” option when ordering, you will not receive these brochures..

Shipping FAQ:

Retail Boxes or Sleeves
DVD’s are currently shipped in sleeves only. Retail boxes are no longer available.

How We Ship

All DVD’s are shipped by US Postal Service by first class or Priority Mail. We use delivery confirmation on all first class and Priority Mail shipments. Express Mail next day delivery is available for an additional fee. If you live outiside the USA we ship by US Postal Service Air Mail.

Delivery Time
If you ordered by credit card, debit card or money order your package will be mailed the next business day. Delivery time is usually from 2-7 business days if you live in the United States. If you live in Canada, Europe, Japan or any other country delivery time may take 1 to 3 weeks and we use U.S. Postal Service Air Mail for delivery. If you send a check (USA only) this will delay shipment of your order by 30 days as check must clear bank before shipment is made.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging. Either in plain white DVD mailers or Priority Mail envelopes or boxes. The return address will only say “UVP.”

Do we ship outside the USA?
Yes we ship worldwide by United States Postal Service. We use Air Mail for 1 to 3 weeks delivery time. Air mail fee is $10.00 extra. Express service is not available outside the USA.. Tracking is not available.

Confidentiality

Your name & address is confidential. We never sell our mailing list or share it with other companies.

You can pay by International Bank Money Orders in US Dollars, American Express Travellers Checks or Canadian Postal Money Orders in US Dollars. We also accept cash in US Dollars. Add $10.00 Air Mail fee to total price of DVD’s. When we receive your order, shipment will be mailed the next business day by US Postal Service Air Mail. Delivery time is 1-3 weeks. Orders can be mailed and made payable to: UVP, Dept. NT, P.O. Box 110620, Jamaica, NY, 11411-0620, USA.

General Info About Our DVD’s

Do Your Models & Dancers Go Totally Nude?
Our exotic dancer and model DVD’s feature total nudity. Some models/dancers like to show more nudity than others, however, model/dancers go totally nude unless stated otherwise.

How Long Are Your DVD’s?
All DVD’s run 2 hours long unless stated otherwise.

How many outfits do the ladies wear?
All models/dancers start fully clothed and strip totally nude. Dancer DVD’s usually have 3 dancers and the main dancer will have at least 2 outfit changes. The model DVD’s vary a a lot more, however you will see at least 6 scenes on each DVD.
