What I ate today:
Breakfast – FAGE Greek yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, macadamia nuts, agave, and sparkling water with creatine from @myproteinus (code ERIKA). I’ve been off creatine for a while but trying to get back into it.
Post-Workout Snack – Pineapple cottage cheese (don’t knock it till you try it)
Lunch – Meal-prepped burger bowl (recipe in youtube shorts )
Snack #2 – Clear Whey from @myproteinus in green apple flavor with grapes (code ERIKA)
Dinner – Meal-prepped steak tacos (recipe also in youtube shorts )
