Mizz Bond is a super thick Black Instagram model and fitness model. Well fellas we have a rare treat. If you have never seen Mizz Bond before, try and stay relaxed because she is a BEAST! I didn’t even know it was possible to be so fit and sooooo curvy at the same time. I have never seen a woman built like Mizz Bond before in real life. One of her thighs is probably thicker than my whole body! I would love to know her official stats. I’m just guessing, but her waist looks close to 24 inches and her hips gotta be 55 inches minimum. Now Mizz Bond does post some workout videos lifting weights but she is mostly lifting light loads. So her body may be a gift from god and proper diet and not so much from working out.
